How I Found My Perfect Partner on My Spa Trip

Saturday, August 22nd, 2009

My age is now 64 and I have not found someone to be with in almost 5 decades. I dont know whats wrong with me.

The reason for feeling so lonely is because most of my friends that I had are now married with kids, most of them even have grandkids and when I think about what I have got its nothing really. Ok I may have nice things such as a house, but I have wasted to much time getting it that I have noone to share it with.

One of my close friends told me to take a break, I havent had a real break for years. I went online and looked at various India spa holidays. One caught my eye and I decided to take the trip, after all it was something that I never experienced before.

When I arrived it looked like paradise, everyone just looked so healthy and glowing. I think it was the second or third day into the trip when I decided to visit the sauna, in there was someone that caught my eye straight away, she was absolutely stunning. Cutting a long story short, we got chatting and shared the rest of the holiday together. When we returned home we decided to tie the knot, my family thought it was to early, but I was just getting too old to wait. A few years down the line and we are still very much happily married. Going to spa hotels is something I now regularly do as a couple.

6 Tips On How To Ask Girls Out

Saturday, August 22nd, 2009

Asking a girl out really depends on your mindset and attitude. If you can develop these qualities correctly, then you will find asking a girl out relatively easy.

Sadly, guys worry themselves to death about the words they’re going to say to a girl, and they totally overlook the most important elements of a successful approach.

And so to prepare you to meet the girl of your dreams, let’s now take a look at the 6 rules of asking a girl out:

1) Never ‘Ask’

Most guys usually go horribly wrong right at the start, by actually ‘asking’ a girl to go on a date with them. Why is this wrong? Well, women usually want men to make the first move when it comes to relationships and dating.

If you force a girl to be the decision-maker, she’ll lose respect for you and her attraction for you will fade. So it’s a much better idea to just state what you’re doing, and telling her that she can join you.

2) Don’t Be Timid

Yet another error is committed when guys try too hard to win a girl’s approval. It seeps through into his body language and voice tone, and girls are aware of it in an instant.

For your information, women hate this. So cut it out!

Just act confident in front of the girl, make decisions about where you’re going and what you’re doing, and let her follow your lead.

Don’t worry if you have to ‘pretend’ at the beginning. Usually, your confidence will grow naturally over time anyway when you’re dating. You just need to practice and get some experience.

3) Be A Busy Guy

Girls like to date guys who have lots going on in their lives. So, try not to be available every day of the week. If you seem to be free to date her all the time, you can give off the impression you have nothing going on in your life except her, which she’ll find unattractive. Bad idea.

Always keep in mind that girls like to interpret the ‘meaning’ of things. For instance, if you look untidy, she would start to wonder if you know how to look after yourself and if you maintain good hygiene. To avoid being rejected, pay close attention to your personal appearance and the way you behave.

So, if you’re asking a girl out, try to mention a time when you’re free and invite her to join you. And, if she can’t do it, then suggest something else a few days later. By doing this, you demonstrate you’re a busy man with an active life.

4) Assume She’ll Say ‘Yes’

Professor Robert Cialdini wrote a book called “Influence”, that talks about the different psychological triggers that humans have. One topic was about ‘Authority’, explaining that if behave with confidence and remain in control, you’ll normally get away with what you’re doing.

What’s the best way to use this when asking girls out?

Simply stated, when asking a girl on a date, see to it that your belief in her agreeing is stronger than her belief in any other outcome. To do this, you can always set your mind to thinking she is just a part of your reality and that you can do whatever you want with confidence. Be totally certain that she wants to come on a date, and her chances of actually agreeing will increase.

5) Relax Your Body

When you’re communicating, never underestimate the importance of your own body language. In fact, studies show that almost 93% of our communication occurs through our voice tone and body language. Because of this, the exact words you use are the least important factor.

Noting this, it’s essential you keep relaxed and appear to be chilled out and have a good body posture when asking her for a date. Just don’t behave like your whole life depends on her saying ‘yes’.

6) Be Friendly & Familiar

A great way to ask a girl for a date is simply by acting naturally and by treating her like an old friend. By doing so, you’ll very naturally relax and convey confidence, which she will appreciate.

Most of the time, girls want to be sure you’re showing your true personality to them. This little trick of treating her like an old friend is a great way to banish your nerves and let your real personality shine through.
